GROBNIKSHOP \u00a0(hereinafter referred to as: the <strong>Website<\/strong>) is possible only for the confirmed and published dates for MOTO OPEN DAY, AUTO OPEN DAYS, SPEEDTIME as well as for the official Races in Yearly calendar of events.<\/p>\n<p>Payment can be done through the website in following way:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>With credit card for which Automotodrom Grobnik d.o.o. has an acceptance agreement (Visa, Diners, Maestro and Mastercard , in total amount at one time)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payment must be made no later than <strong>48 hours<\/strong> before the date of event for which the ticket is valid in order to make the payment visible on the account; and thus the ticket is valid<\/p>\n<h3><strong>NOTICE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Data protection pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council no. 2016\/679- Regulation and implementation of the GDPR<\/p>\n<p>WSPay being the processor of authorization and payment made by credit cards, uses personal data as the processor pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council no. 2016\/679, and compliant with PCI DSS Level 1 Regulations for data transfers.<\/p>\n<p>WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest protection standards for data entry and transfer.<\/p>\n<p>Personal data used for the purposes of authorization and payment are deemed to be confidential data.<\/p>\n<p>WSPay does not process or use personal data except for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement, the authorization and the payment.<\/p>\n<p>WSPay ensures to meet the requirements determined by applicable personal data protection regulations, for the processors of personal data, especially taking all necessary technical, organizational or security measures confirmed by PCI DSS Level 1 certificate.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to these Conditions of sale of tickets for driving on the track Automotodroma Grobnik d.o.o. the AUTOMOTODROM GROBNIK D.O.O.&#8217;s privacy policy also applies via the website.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ticket types<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Through our <strong>Website<\/strong>, the Users can purchase standard ticket types for the confirmed and published dates for MOTO OPEN DAY, AUTO OPEN DAYS, SPEEDTIME as well as for the official Races in Yearly calendar of events.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are purchased at valid prices published on ticket (VAT included)\u00a0 When purchasing tickets on the Website, the user chooses the date and type of event. The use of purchased ticket is subject to the Terms<strong> and Conditions for Sale<\/strong>, whereas the ticket use period is determined by the choice of the exact date of the ride.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Issuing receipts- invoices <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Following the implementation of the Fiscalization Act, the ticket does not have the value of receipt, and therefore a receipt is issued together with purchased ticket.<br \/>\nThe tickets will be sent to the User&#8217;s registered e-mail address\u00a0 while the invoice will be <strong>issued upon payment<\/strong> of the service and will be given to User personally upon arrival on Grobnik circuit or sent to\u00a0 registered e-mail if User requires so. If the User wants to receive an R-1 invoice, the User must enter the data necessary for the issuing of R1 invoice before order placement confirmation and payment. The User is responsible for the accuracy of all data entered during the purchase. Subsequent changes are not possible.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Purchased ticket cancellation and\/or exchange<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>All orders and acquisitions of tickets through the <strong>Website <\/strong>are legally binding and final, and can therefore not be cancelled, modified or upgraded to a different ticket type.<br \/>\nEach ticket purchased from the <strong>Website<\/strong> becomes valid upon finishing the purchase process, i.e. sent Confirmation of Purchase and issued receipt.<br \/>\nIf the ticket is not used, it is not possible to return it and receive a refund.<\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span lang=\"en\">Exceptionally for events MOTO OPEN DAY, AUTO OPEN DAYS, SPEEDTIME (races are not included) in case of force majeure and justified reason, and\u00a0 if the arrival is canceled\u00a0 in written form at least 24 hours before the event on e-mail address: <a href=\"mailto:prijavagrobnik@gmail.com\">prijavagrobnik@gmail.com<\/a> , one can use <strong>50%<\/strong> of the purchased value of the ticket for another date but in that current Year. Announcement of arrival for a new appointment is required in writing to the above e-mail address. In case we are postponing event (MOTO OPEN DAY, AUTO OPEN DAYS, SPEEDTIME) due to force majeure and justified reasons and offer new date tickets can be used for that new date or during one of confirmed dates of\u00a0 events.
