General Terms and Conditions for Sale and Payment of

Purchase and payment of tickets through the web shop of Automotodrom Grobnik Ltd. – GROBNIKSHOP  (hereinafter referred to as: the Website) is possible only for the confirmed and published dates for MOTO OPEN DAY, AUTO OPEN DAYS, SPEEDTIME as well as for the official Races in Yearly calendar of events.

Payment can be done through the website in following way:

  • With credit card for which Automotodrom Grobnik d.o.o. has an acceptance agreement (Visa, Diners, Maestro and Mastercard , in total amount at one time)

Payment must be made no later than 48 hours before the date of event for which the ticket is valid in order to make the payment visible on the account; and thus the ticket is valid


Data protection pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council no. 2016/679- Regulation and implementation of the GDPR

WSPay being the processor of authorization and payment made by credit cards, uses personal data as the processor pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council no. 2016/679, and compliant with PCI DSS Level 1 Regulations for data transfers.

WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest protection standards for data entry and transfer.

Personal data used for the purposes of authorization and payment are deemed to be confidential data.

WSPay does not process or use personal data except for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement, the authorization and the payment.

WSPay ensures to meet the requirements determined by applicable personal data protection regulations, for the processors of personal data, especially taking all necessary technical, organizational or security measures confirmed by PCI DSS Level 1 certificate.

In addition to these Conditions of sale of tickets for driving on the track Automotodroma Grobnik d.o.o. the AUTOMOTODROM GROBNIK D.O.O.’s privacy policy also applies via the website.

Ticket types

Through our Website, the Users can purchase standard ticket types for the confirmed and published dates for MOTO OPEN DAY, AUTO OPEN DAYS, SPEEDTIME as well as for the official Races in Yearly calendar of events.

Tickets are purchased at valid prices published on ticket (VAT included)  When purchasing tickets on the Website, the user chooses the date and type of event. The use of purchased ticket is subject to the Terms and Conditions for Sale, whereas the ticket use period is determined by the choice of the exact date of the ride.

Issuing receipts- invoices

Following the implementation of the Fiscalization Act, the ticket does not have the value of receipt, and therefore a receipt is issued together with purchased ticket.
The tickets will be sent to the User’s registered e-mail address  while the invoice will be issued upon payment of the service and will be given to User personally upon arrival on Grobnik circuit or sent to  registered e-mail if User requires so. If the User wants to receive an R-1 invoice, the User must enter the data necessary for the issuing of R1 invoice before order placement confirmation and payment. The User is responsible for the accuracy of all data entered during the purchase. Subsequent changes are not possible.

Purchased ticket cancellation and/or exchange

All orders and acquisitions of tickets through the Website are legally binding and final, and can therefore not be cancelled, modified or upgraded to a different ticket type.
Each ticket purchased from the Website becomes valid upon finishing the purchase process, i.e. sent Confirmation of Purchase and issued receipt.
If the ticket is not used, it is not possible to return it and receive a refund.

Exceptionally for events MOTO OPEN DAY, AUTO OPEN DAYS, SPEEDTIME (races are not included) in case of force majeure and justified reason, and  if the arrival is canceled  in written form at least 24 hours before the event on e-mail address: , one can use 50% of the purchased value of the ticket for another date but in that current Year. Announcement of arrival for a new appointment is required in writing to the above e-mail address.

Conversion statement

Prices in other currencies (for users outside the Republic of Croatia).  Payment is always made in Croatian Kuna. The amount that will be charged to your credit card is obtained by converting the Croatian Kuna to your currency according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charged, the amount is converted to your currency at the rate of the bank that issued the credit card You used for payment. As a result of currency conversion, there may be a slight difference in price from the one indicated on our website

Dispute resolution

All disputes or claims that may arise as a result of the use of Website in connection with these Terms, or in connection with their implementation, fall within the jurisdiction of the Court of Rijeka, and subject to the applicable Croatian law.
